Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions. While we make every effort to display our products accurately, we cannot guarantee that colours shown on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.
Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and other information are provided as a guide. We reserve the right to update or amend product information at any time to reflect improvements, correct errors or ensure accuracy, without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale, discontinue product lines or limit quantities purchased where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from Wold & Weaver.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
All orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, where payment cannot be authorised, where incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you using the details provided and issue a full refund where appropriate.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend or combine orders, including changes to products, sizes, colours or delivery addresses.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at woldandweaver@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to assist. If your order has already been dispatched, your purchase will be subject to our Refund Policy.
Products purchased from Wold & Weaver are intended for personal use. They may not be purchased for commercial resale without our prior written permission.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed on the Wold & Weaver website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are calculated according to the delivery option selected. Full details can be found on our Delivery page.
We reserve the right to change product prices, delivery charges and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or discount codes. These offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, minimum spend requirements or product exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order, and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date billing, payment and contact information when placing an order. We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your order or payment.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All payments are subject to authorisation and security checks by our payment provider. If payment cannot be authorised, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 3:00pm on a working day will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will begin processing on the next working day.
We offer the following delivery services:
- DPD Standard Delivery – £3.50 (free on orders over £75), estimated delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- DPD Next Day Delivery – £5.95, estimated delivery on the next working day after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, courier disruption or periods of exceptionally high demand.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. We are unable to amend delivery addresses or redirect parcels once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Wold & Weaver's online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products securely online.
All products sold through this website are sold by Wold & Weaver. Any contract for the purchase of goods is between you and Wold & Weaver, and any questions regarding your order, delivery, returns or customer service should be directed to us.
